I’m a wife, a busy mom who is always running around from one activity to another, and working full time and it’s nearly impossible to plan healthy meals and actually stick to them.
How easy is it to just stop at the nearest drive-thru and be done for the evening?
I’ve made it my life goal to find meals that are:
- Able to prepare in advance
- Quick and easy
- Have a low ingredient list
- Can be made with variation (a healthy version for myself and a not-so-healthy version for the rest of the family)
- Can have plenty of leftovers to eat for lunch the next day (or next couple days)
